Mina Malek

Mina Malek, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Silfab Solar Inc., Mina has also held various positions including Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Smith Gardens, Inc., Store Manager at The Clothes Rack, and an internship at the City of Bellingham Office of Emergency Management. Mina Malek holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Urban Planning and Geography from Western Washington University, completed in 2019.
