Rashmi Naikar

Rashmi Naikar serves as the Head of the Information Technology Department at Silfex, Inc., a division of Lam Research Corporation, since 2020, overseeing key areas such as ERP, enterprise analytics, software engineering, cyber security, IT project management, and infrastructure operations. Prior to this role, Rashmi held the position of Senior Technology Delivery Leader at ComResource, managing a significant business transformation initiative. Experience also includes serving as Senior Technical Manager at OCLC, Senior Manager of Digital Commerce at DSW, and Director of Software Engineering at Affinion Group, where Rashmi led major product developments and strategic IT initiatives.
