Jason Bauer

Jason Bauer started their career in 1999 at Graphic Packaging International, where they held multiple management roles in operations until 2007. Jason then moved on to Frankston Packaging, where they served as a Plant Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Portola Packaging as the Director of Quality and stayed until 2013. Since 2013, they have been with Silgan Closures, initially as the Director of Quality Systems and currently as the Director of Plastic Operations.

Jason Bauer attended Washington State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations, English, and Marketing.
