Jenny Piane

Jenny Piane is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in developing high-speed machine vision systems and industrial motion control applications. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Development at Silgan Closures since November 2018, Jenny leads a team focused on container inspection systems, overseeing software architecture and performance optimization. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer, responsible for optimizing inspection algorithms at Silgan Closures, and Software Architect at Robotic Systems Integration, where work on the RMP Soft Motion Controller was central. Additional experience includes contributions to Sports Player Tracking software at STATS LLC, developing motion control applications at Yaskawa America, and teaching computer science courses at Joliet Junior College. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
