Markus Laurenz

Markus Laurenz has had a successful career in various companies and roles. Markus started in 1999 as the Director of Corporate Sales Germany at MCI Worldcom (now Verizon Com.) where they worked until 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they served as the VP of Sales and Marketing Outsourcing Germany at Bertelsmann D&S online. Markus then joined Transcom World Wide as the General Manager of the Central Europe region and later became the Regional General Manager from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, Markus became the Managing Director of Germany for Haniel's subsidiary, cws-boco, a leading service industry for workwear and hygiene articles in Europe. Markus then worked as a Senior Advisor for strategy sales consulting at goetzpartners from 2011 until 2012. Since 2012, Markus has been the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Service EMEA at Silgan Closures.

Markus Laurenz pursued their education at the University of Augsburg from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained a diploma in business. During this time, their studies focused on finance, organization, and sales. Later, from 1995 to 1997, Markus attended INSEAD, where they completed a Master's degree in Direct Sales.
