Brian Pulford

Brian Pulford possesses extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Director of HR, Labor & Employee Relations at Silgan Containers since April 2019. Prior roles include Manager of Employee & Labor Relations and Regional HR Manager at Silgan Containers, as well as Adjunct Professor at Concordia University-Wisconsin, where Brian taught undergraduate courses in employee relations. Brian's career at John Deere, spanning from 1994 to 2018, featured significant roles such as Manager of Human Resources/Labor Relations and Manager of Labor Relations, where Brian successfully improved productivity and employee engagement while leading cross-functional teams.
