Marcie Garity

Marcie Garity, PHRi, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager (Bilingual) at Silgan Containers since January 2023, overseeing a facility with 180 employees and managing various HR functions such as pension management, labor relations, and full-cycle recruiting. Prior experience includes HR roles at Generac Power Systems and Maxim Healthcare Services, where Marcie focused on employee recruitment, onboarding, and community outreach.
