Kyla Alsbury-Nealy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kyla is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SilicoLabs, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Registered Physiotherapist at Dovigi Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Clinic from September 2019 onwards. Kyla Alsbury-Nealy has a strong educational background in the fields of Rehabilitation Science, Physiotherapy, and Organismal Biology and International Development Studies. Kyla began their education at McGill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from 2005 to 2010.

Kyla then pursued a Master's of Science degree in Physiotherapy at Queen's University from 2012 to 2014. Continuing their academic journey, Kyla is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Toronto, where they are gaining expertise in their field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Kyla has obtained various certifications that enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications were obtained in 2022 through courses offered by Coursera and Google.

Kyla has also pursued specialized training in their field of physiotherapy. Kyla has obtained multiple certifications from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, such as the "Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program: Level 3 Upper" in 2021, the "Certified Trainer" from GLA:D Canada in 2020, the "Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy: Level 2 Upper" in 2017, and the "Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy: Level 2 Lower" in 2016.
