Kyla Alsbury-Nealy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kyla is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SilicoLabs, a position they have held since June 2021. Kyla Alsbury-Nealy has a strong educational background in the fields of Rehabilitation Science, Physiotherapy, and Organismal Biology and International Development Studies. Kyla began their education at McGill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from 2005 to 2010.

Kyla then pursued a Master's of Science degree in Physiotherapy at Queen's University from 2012 to 2014. Continuing their academic journey, Kyla is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Toronto, where they are gaining expertise in their field of study.

Kyla has obtained multiple certifications from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, such as the "Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program: Level 3 Upper" in 2021, the "Certified Trainer" from GLA:D Canada in 2020, the "Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy: Level 2 Upper" in 2017, and the "Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy: Level 2 Lower" in 2016.
