Prior to this role, Hardik Jani was CEO at Esprit Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from January 1999 to March 2018, where significant expertise in leading software development teams and implementing customized ERP solutions for small to medium-sized businesses was gained. Earlier experience includes owning a computer hardware and network solutions firm, CSP, from January 1997 to December 1998. Hardik Jani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Engineering Physics from Gujarat University, completed in 1998.
