Aaro Viertiö is a seasoned professional in strategy and business intelligence, currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategy & Business Intelligence at Silicon Labs since August 2022, focusing on analytics processes in the Home & Life Business Unit. Prior experience includes roles as Competence Lead in Analytics at KONE, where Aaro managed global analytics competence, and Product Owner for Data Science & Open Data at Kela, where Aaro led the data science team through its inception to becoming an established function. Aaro's background also includes positions such as Advanced Analytics Specialist at UPM, Junior Consultant at InfoBuild Oy, and Insurance Specialist at OP Financial Group, along with volunteer experience as Lead Event Organizer for Ropecon. Aaro holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Helsinki.
