Joel Pothen Joji

Joel Pothen Joji is currently a Product Test Engineer 1 at Silicon Labs. Prior to this role, Joel worked as an Equipment Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. and as a Graduate Student Assistant at the University of South Florida. With a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Florida, Joel has experience in RF measurement equipment, noise figure analysis, transmission line theory, and data analysis. Joel also has retail experience from working as a Retail Associate at Follett Higher Education and as a Barista at Starbucks.
