Wenjie Zhang

Wenjie Zhang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor technology and project management. Currently serving as the Foundry Engineering Manager at Silicon Labs since November 2019, Wenjie Zhang focuses on next-generation IoT technology and chip development. Prior roles include Foundry Engineer at Silicon Labs, Technology Development/Foundry Interface at Cirrus Logic, and PIC Device Engineer at Vishay Intertechnology, where expertise in BCD and mixed-signal process development was demonstrated. Wenjie Zhang also held the position of Project Manager at CNR-Yongdian Electronic Inc., specializing in super HV semiconductor devices, and served as Principal Integration Engineer at GSMC. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Microelectronics & Solid Electronics from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
