Yiqun Lin

Yiqun Lin is a seasoned professional in CAD engineering with over 28 years of experience, currently serving as the Senior CAD Engineering Director at Silicon Labs since August 2005. Yiqun Lin has led various teams encompassing Infrastructure, IP, PDK, PV, Modeling, Analog, RF, Digital, and Mixed-Signal Simulation. Previously, Yiqun Lin held positions such as CAD Engineering Director, where the expansion of the CAD organization was orchestrated, and Senior CAD Engineering Manager, overseeing essential functions and implementing significant technology advancements. Prior experience includes roles at Harris Semiconductor, where PDK and simulation tools for Wi-Fi chipset design were developed, and earlier engineering positions at NASA/Mitre/Florida Tech and Hitachi Fujian. Yiqun Lin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and several certificates in business negotiation and team leadership from The University of Texas at Austin.
