Andre Gharakhanian

Andre Gharakhanian is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advising technology startups and investors. As a Partner at Silicon Legal Strategy since October 2007, Andre provides entrepreneurial legal counsel, focusing on financial outcomes for clients. In addition to this role, Andre serves as an Advisory Board Member for FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company that integrates finance and technology. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Mayer Brown, where representation of emerging companies and participation in equity offerings were emphasized.
