SoC Design Engineer at Silicon Mobility

Jérémy Palvadeau has been working in the tech industry since 2008. Jérémy started their career at Embedded Concept as a Software Development, where they were responsible for the selection of hardware modules for GPRS, GPS and Bluetooth, as well as Linux software development for data connection over GPRS and GPS position logging. In 2010, they joined Savoir-faire Linux as a Research and Development, where they installed Debian on an ARM embedded platform (Ti : OMAP3) with usage of Debootstrap, and configured software to decode H264 with embedded DSP, as well as added DSP support into VOIP software: SFLphone. In 2011, they were a Processor Division Intern at ARM, where they designed and implemented a new Generic Interrupt Controller for the Cortex-A9, and realized a cycle accurate SystemC model and IP description in Verilog. Finally, in 2015, they joined Silicon Mobility as a SoC Design Engineer.

Jérémy Palvadeau obtained a Masters in Electronics and Digital Technology with a specialization in real time Embedded Systems from Polytech Nantes between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a DUT in Informatique, option Informatique Embarquée from Université de La Rochelle between 2006 and 2008.
