Kai Qin

Kai Qin is a Senior Design Engineer at Tenstorrent since July 2022, previously serving as an ASIC Design Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Hardware Engineering Intern at Intel Corporation from May 2020 to July 2021, where automation was implemented to enhance simulation run times for circuit designs. Additionally, Kai contributed to research and development at Auctify Biomedical Engineering, focusing on two PCBs for a new prototype, and was an electrical team member for the University of Toronto Blue Sky Solar Racing, designing systems for the solar car project. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Victoria Park Collegiate Institute.
