Moustafa Kassir

Moustafa Kassir's work experience includes the role of Embedded Software Engineer at Silicon Mobility starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Olea Medical - Improved Diagnosis for Life from February 2022 to July 2022. In this role, they trained a neural network for a brain extraction tool using MRI brain images. Moustafa also prepared a database, transformed dicom-nifti, labeled using FreeSurfer, and performed manual correction using ITKsnap. Furthermore, they optimized the network for computation time and results. Before that, Moustafa Kassir was a Summer Intern at S. & A. S. Ltd (Security & Automation Systems) in August 2020, where they received hands-on training in using soldering irons, participated in the production department, and actively participated in full functional tests and software downloads.

Moustafa Kassir holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering III, which they obtained from 2017 to 2022. In 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Data Science at Nantes Université, completing it in 2022.

Continuing their education, from 2022 to 2023, Moustafa is attending multiple institutions simultaneously. Moustafa is studying at Université Paris-Saclay for a Master's degree in Embedded Systems and also pursuing a Master's degree in Embedded Systems at Télecom Paris and INSTN.

Additionally, in April 2020, Moustafa obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
