Michael Downard

Michael Downard has held several positions in the past 15 years. In 2005, they were a Research Technician at Yale University School of Medicine. In 2006, they were a Middle Market Sales Underwriter at The Hartford Insurance Group - DC Regional Office. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Business Development Director at the American Chiropractic Association. From 2009 to 2013, they held two roles at SGMP: Operations & IT Director and Membership Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Deputy Program Manager and IT Portfolio Analyst at DMI (Digital Management, Inc.). During this same time, they were also the Program Manager at THE CYBORG CORPORATION. From 2015 to 2017, they were the President, Director of Operations, and Senior Project Manager at Silicon Mountain. Finally, in 2017, they became a Co-owner at Limitless Fitness & MMA.

Michael Downard received their Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2005. In 2011, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from George Mason University - School of Business. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Kentucky Colonel from the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2011, a PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2015, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in 2020, and a Marketo Certified Expert from Marketo in 2018.
