Linda Yaffa

Linda Yaffa serves as Vice President of Global Renewals and License Compliance at QAD, a role held since January 1991, where responsibilities include overseeing a global Customer Success organization that generates a $200 million revenue stream from support and subscription renewals, along with additional license revenue. Managing a diverse team of 45 across various countries, Linda has also held previous positions within QAD such as Director of Global Customer Success & License Compliance, as well as Life Sciences & Consumer Products Sales Manager and National Sales Accounts Manager, contributing to the company's sales initiatives in North America. Prior to this, Linda worked as a Business Development Manager at Atlas Commerce from 2000 to 2001.
