Kanika Hyman

Kanika Hyman, PHR has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kanika currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Silicon Ranch Corporation since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as the Emerging Talent Manager for Infrastructure, Enterprise, and Security from June 2021 to January 2023. Kanika also has a significant background in talent acquisition at PwC, where they held various roles including Assurance Campus Talent Acquisition Leader, Diversity Catalyst & Experienced Talent Acquisition Lead, and Federal Experienced Recruiting Senior Manager. Kanika started their career at PwC as an Advisory Consultant in August 2009. Before joining PwC, Kanika worked at Macy's as a Campus Recruiting Manager - Corporate from August 1999 to December 2006. Overall, Kanika Hyman has a diverse and extensive work history in talent acquisition and recruiting.

Kanika Hyman, PHR has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, which was obtained from 2010 to 2012. Kanika also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hampton University, which was completed from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Kanika has obtained certifications in Human-Centered Design and Digital Acumen from PwC in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Kanika is also a Certified Diversity Recruiter, with a certification obtained from AIRS in 2016.
