Serving as CEO of Boom.ai since July 2016, Jacob Munns has emphasized the development of AI-driven voice agents and services. Jacob Munns’ earlier roles include CEO of Perfect Pitch Technology and President of Teleserve, in addition to co-founding TrueScribe.net. With an MBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, Jacob Munns blends educational expertise with hands-on leadership to drive growth and innovation in the industry.
