To Tsang

To Tsang is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Knowledge Management at Silicon Valley Community Foundation since January 2022. Prior to this role, To Tsang was the Director of Information Technology at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation from September 2016 to January 2022. To Tsang also held significant positions at Kaiser Permanente, including Area CIO and Manager of Business Systems, from May 2006 to September 2016. To Tsang earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara between 1986 and 1990.
