Vlas Lezin

Vlas Lezin is the Chief Operating Officer at the Silicon Valley Innovation Center. Vlas was previously a Vice President at Wells Fargo, where they led the solution roll-out for Principal Lender Agency trades for Capital Markets and managed the delivery of new regulatory mandated calculation framework - SCCL. Vlas also oversaw addressing of several Fed's MRAs for CCAR 14A, 14Q schedules and IDR calculations. In addition, they designed and implemented in various programming environments the calculation framework for robust and traceable calculations for several regulatory reporting processes.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Vlas Lezin was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at SF Education, where they were part of the founding team responsible for initial launch and exponential build-out of the largest Eastern European non-technical educational platform. Vlas was involved in content creation, business development, digital marketing, corporate restructuring, IT and growth strategies.

Prior to SF Education, Vlas Lezin worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs from July 2011 to June 2018. Vlas began their career as a Software Developer at Harmony Home Health from March 2011 to July 2011.

Vlas Lezin has a Master of Finance from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Utah. Vlas is also certified from the CFA Institute in CFA Level I.
