Charlotta Carter is the Director of Public Policy at the National Small Business Advocacy Council, focusing on fair opportunities for small businesses in government contracting. As the CEO and Founder of LLENA(AI)™ Health Solutions, Charlotta leads the development of an AI-driven health management system. Additionally, Charlotta serves on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and holds the position of President and CEO at GRI Technology Solutions, a minority, women-owned IT consulting firm. Charlotta is also the Managing Partner at PWC Technology Services, Inc. and founded DVRSTY-STEM ACCELERATORS, promoting diversity in STEM fields. Previous roles include senior management positions at IBM and Microsoft, where Charlotta drove significant business growth and innovation. Educational achievements include participation in several prestigious programs and a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
