Lars E. Johansson

Before forming his own firm, Lars Johansson spent 19 years (14 as of counsel and partner) in international law firms, including Coudert Brothers and K&L Gates. He has extensive experience in legal and business aspects of international business transactions and represents U.S.-based and international public and private companies, as well as investors, in connection with cross-border transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and joint ventures. Lars is a graduate of U.C. Davis School of Law and also holds a BA in Political Science and MS in Economics from Uppsala University.
