Senior Digital Design Engineer at Si-Vision

Khaled Hassan is a Senior Digital Design Engineer at Si-Vision since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Optical Design Engineer at Si-Ware Systems from July 2010 to March 2021. Khaled was part of the team that developed NeoSpectra, the world's smallest FT-IR Spectrometer. Before Si-Ware Systems, Khaled worked at Ericsson from 2008 to 2010 as an IE, where they acted as Installation Engineering (IE) Manager and managed logistics and installation teams for a Radio Access Network Nodes swap project. Khaled started their career as a Research Assistant at Ain Shams University from 2006 to 2008, where they worked on a joint research project with Ottawa University in Canada to design and fabricate an Optical De-Multiplexer for Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) Networks using integrated optics technology.

Khaled Hassan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University in 2006. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued further studies at Ain Shams University in the field of Laser and Optical Engineering, although no specific degree was mentioned.
