Kristen Martin is an experienced media professional with a strong background in content operations and journalism. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at SiliconANGLE & theCUBE, Kristen oversees news and event publications, managing a team of journalists focused on enterprise computing. Prior roles at SiliconANGLE included Director of Content Operations and Senior Managing Editor, where Kristen directed the news desk and reported on significant trends in big data and cloud computing. Kristen's career also includes contributions as a columnist for Appolicious and a contributor at Time Inc. Interactive. Additionally, Kristen was the first full-time employee and held the position of Editor and Lead Writer at Mashable. Kristen co-founded Web Ascent shortly before pursuing a degree in Biopsychology at the University of Michigan.
