Ann Wu is a Co-founder and CEO of Silimate, a startup designed to assist semiconductor chip designers, currently part of Y Combinator's S23 batch. Prior experience includes serving as a Threshold Ventures Fellow at the Stanford Engineering Entrepreneurship Center and as a Product Manager at Celestial AI, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy for an AI/ML accelerator platform. Previous roles include Technical Program Management Intern at Meta, where program management was focused on AI/ML workloads, and various engineering positions at Apple involving silicon IP design for camera applications. Ann's earlier background also includes internships at Intel Corporation, focusing on CPU design and signal integrity. Ann holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and studied Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University.
