Michael Mondanos

Michael Mondanos has an extensive background in developing applications using optical fibre Distributed Temperature and Acoustic Sensors. With a PhD in Optical Fibre Sensing and Communications from Imperial College London, Michael has held various leadership roles at companies such as Silixa, Sensornet Ltd, and Phoenix Photonics Ltd. Currently, Michael serves as the VP for Alternative Energy, Earth Sciences & Infrastructure at Silixa, where Michael continues to drive innovation and business development in the field of environmental monitoring and mining.
