Ayelet Peled

Ayelet Peled is the current Chief of Staff at Silk. Ayelet has also served as a Consultant, VP Human Resources, and VP HR. Ayelet has been a part of the management teams at Lumenis, Camtek, and NICE Systems. Ayelet has also led recruitment of leadership positions within the corporate organizations & subsidiaries. Ayelet has managed global HR teams located in China, USA, Japan, India, Hong-Kong and Israel. Ayelet has designed and led organizational & HR processes for multiple companies.

Ayelet Peled has a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University.
