Ayelet Peled

Ayelet Peled is the Chief of Staff at Silk, a database performance platform. Prior to this role, Ayelet worked as the EVP of People at Silk and held various HR leadership positions at companies like Lumenis, Camtek, and NICE Systems. Ayelet has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University. Ayelet also worked as a Consultant, supporting organizations and leaders in building infrastructure for business excellence.
