Currently serving as the Director/Head of People US at Silk since May 2024, Lori has previously held significant positions including Fractional HR / Head of People at Maven Analytics and Partner, Head of Operations, Talent, and Customer Success at Candle Builders. Notably, Lori has also made impactful contributions as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Salsify, transforming hiring processes in anticipation of an IPO, and at Bottomline Technologies, where the talent acquisition function was strategically redefined.
