Nino Kankia

Nino Kankia is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Silknet since September 2020, Nino also held the role of Deputy Chief Technology Officer. Prior to this, Nino was the Head of Solutions Sales at Huawei Technologies from January 2016 to August 2020, leading core and wireless solution sales and marketing. Nino's earlier roles include Head of Mobile Core Network and Chief Engineer at VEON, Head of the Billing Department at Alex Development Georgia, Chief Engineer at Communication Consulting Group, and Fixed Network Engineer at SaktelcomPlus. Nino holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication Technology from Georgian Technical University, completed in 2005.
