Christian M. Hibinski is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department’s Land Use Practice Group, where he focuses on zoning and land use, redevelopment law and property tax appeals.
Mr. Hibinski has served as Board Attorney for various municipal boards across New Jersey and has served as City Attorney for a large urban municipality.
In terms of public service, Mr. Hibinski has worked for a prominent New Jersey Member of Congress as well as several state legislators.
