Christopher J. Merone

Christopher J. Merone is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department and is resident in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Merone focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties. He also has experience representing lenders. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Merone received a Certificate Degree in Real Estate Development and Market Analytics from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

While attending the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Mr. Merone was the Managing Editor of Staff of the ACTEC Law Journal (The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel), where he oversaw more than 15 junior staff members, and actively worked to help such members receive publication of their article submissions.
