Daniel A. Cozzi

Daniel A. Cozzi is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department. Mr. Cozzi represents large and small companies in all aspect of commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on construction litigation and business disputes. His experience includes defending corporate clients on matters involving claims of fraud, breach of contract, construction defect and statutory violations in state and federal courts. Mr. Cozzi is experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), having represented clients in mediation and arbitration before JAMS, AAA and private arbiters. He also serves as a mediator for the Middlesex County Bar Association Chancery Early Settlement Program. In addition, Mr. Cozzi has experience in financial services litigation and creditor’s rights matters.
