Linxuan Yan

Linxuan Yan is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Yan has worked on matters involving product liability, civil rights, insurance, personal injury, real estate, and securities and shareholder litigation. He has also assisted with employment matters, including discrimination, non-compete agreements and ERISA.

He has worked on multiple patent cases across a wide range of technologies, including medical and electronic devices, information technology and hygiene products. His experience also includes due diligence analysis in chemical and related technologies.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Yan served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Before attending law school, Mr. Yan was employed in the pharmaceutical industry. His graduate and undergraduate experience included laboratory research with a focus on biochemistry and neuroscience. During this time, he also co-authored a number of academic publications.

Mr. Yan is a native Mandarin speaker.
