Rachel N. Laurel is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Employment and Labor Practice Group. She represents and advises management in connection with a wide range of employment law disputes before federal and state courts and agencies, including employment discrimination and retaliation, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and wrongful termination. In addition, she counsels clients on various federal, state and local laws and human resources issues.
During law school, Ms. Laurel was Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and won the 2017 Maurer Trial Competition. Upon graduation, Ms. Laurel was elected to The Order of Barristers, a national honor society for graduating law students who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy and brief writing.
