Richard H. Epstein is Deputy Managing Partner of Sills Cummis & Gross and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, which received the Benchmark Litigation award for “New Jersey Firm of the Year” for six consecutive years (2017-2022), and was named the New Jersey Law Journal “2020 General Litigation Department of the Year, Midsize,” “2019 General Litigation Department of the Year, Midsize” and “2016 General Litigation Department of the Year, Midsize.” See Award Methodology.
