Robert Stonehill

Robert Stonehill is Of Counsel to the Firm and is resident in the Firm’s New York office.

Before joining Sills Cummis & Gross, Mr. Stonehill was a member of the firm of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith & Haber, P.C.

Mr. Stonehill has more than thirty years of experience advising clients with respect to general business law issues including shareholders agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements, licensing agreements, trademarks, mergers and acquisitions and factoring and banking facilities. Mr. Stonehill has also advised clients concerning their estate plans, including preparation of wills and trusts.
