Caroline Gleason

Caroline Gleason is currently the Head of People and Culture at SiLo. Prior to this, Caroline worked at HottyToddy.com as a Graduate Assistant/Integrated Marketing Specialist. Caroline has experience as a Creative Marketing Intern at Vast Broadband, an Event Intern at Starstruck Entertainment, an Au Pair at a Host Family, and a Counselor at Kids Across America Foundation. Caroline holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Journalism from the University of Mississippi.
