Kristen Moore is an experienced professional in the hospitality and business sectors, currently serving as a Partner Solutions Manager at SiLo since October 2021, following a role as Partner Solutions Coordinator. Prior experience includes managing operations at Tommy Bahama from July 2018 to July 2021 and holding supervisory positions at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort and Gaylord Hotels between 2014 and 2018. Kristen also contributed to account management and corporate training at JM Direct, INC in 2014, and completed a legislative internship with the Tennessee General Assembly in 2013, where responsibilities included tracking legislation and managing schedules. Kristen's career began at Sonic Drive-In, where customer service skills were developed from 2007 to 2013. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Memphis, earned in 2013.
