Jouni Hartikainen

Jouni Hartikainen has significant work experience in various roles and industries. Jouni is currently working as the Lead AI Scientist at Silo AI since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Computational Engineering at Rocsole from February 2017 to September 2021. Jouni also held roles such as Senior Technology Manager from November 2014 to January 2017, and Technology Manager from August 2012 to October 2014 at Rocsole.

Jouni's professional journey began at Metsäntutkimuslaitos, where they worked as a Summer trainee in June 2006. Jouni then moved on to Helsinki University of Technology, where they worked as a Research assistant from February 2007 to May 2007 and as a Master's thesis worker from June 2007 to May 2008.

From June 2008 to August 2012, Jouni worked as a Researcher at Aalto University School of Science and Technology. Throughout their career, Jouni has demonstrated their expertise and commitment in the fields of AI, computational engineering, and technology management.

Jouni Hartikainen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technology degree in Computational Engineering from Aalto University in the period from 2003 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at the same institution and earned a Doctor of Science in Technology degree also in Computational Engineering from 2008 to 2012.
