Tuuli Suominen

Tuuli Suominen has extensive experience in HR and people management. Tuuli started their career at EF Education First, where they held various roles including Accommodation Officer, Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Country Product Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for recruitment, team leadership, contract negotiations, and ensuring a positive experience for international students.

Tuuli then joined Tapp Group as the Head of People & Culture, where they played a key role in recruitment, leadership development, performance management, and organizational restructuring. Tuuli also implemented employee engagement and HR software solutions.

Afterwards, they worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting Finland, where they focused on HR audits and digital HR projects.

Currently, Tuuli Suominen is the Chief People Officer at Silo AI, the largest private AI Lab from the Nordics. In their role, they are responsible for cultivating a positive culture, driving growth, and overseeing all aspects of HR.

In 1995, they graduated from Kastun lukio with a Ylioppilas degree. From 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of Birmingham and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media and Cultural Studies.

In 2013, they enrolled in the Turku University of Applied Sciences and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business Management.

In 2016, they pursued executive education and professional development at Aalto University Executive Education and obtained a degree in Executive HR.

In 2018, they furthered their education at the Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute Ltd. and became an Advanced Solution Focused Practitioner of Coaching, certified by IASTI.
