Yohana Yunifa

Yohana Yunifa, S.Psi, CHRP, CAAC, currently serves as the Human Capital & Office Management Department Head at Siloam Hospitals Group, focusing on strategic partnership, talent acquisition, and employee development since September 2024. Prior to this role, Yohana was the Head of People Development at DIPA Healthcare, overseeing competence and career development programs from May 2014 to August 2024, and worked as a People Development Supervisor at the same company. Earlier experience includes serving as the Corporate HRD Coordinator at PT Bandung Inti Graha, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions, and as an Occupational Therapist at Saint Joseph Primary School. Yohana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung.
