Edward Gonzales has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Edward started their career in 1993 in the United States Air Force, where they served in various roles, including NCOIC, Personnel Security, and Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC), Directorate Personnel Programs. During this time, they managed personnel security programs, monitored suspense dates, and served as a directorate lead security manager.

In 2004, Edward transitioned to the role of Enlisted Accessions Recruiter/Officer Training School Recruiter in the Air Force, where they conducted interviews and evaluated applicants to meet recruiting goals. Edward also managed and trained applicants for various career fields.

In 2007, Edward was promoted to Officer Training School Recruiting Program Manager, where they led the recruitment of all Officer accessions for the South Texas and Louisiana region. Edward was responsible for managing and mentoring recruiters and providing training and guidance based on market and production analysis reports.

In 2009, Edward became the Air Force Regional Recruiting Supervisor, overseeing a team of recruiters and an administrator in multiple recruiting offices. Edward ensured team productivity, compliance, and safety, as well as conducted monthly office visits. Edward also validated and maintained market and production sales analysis reports.

In 2013, Edward joined Silotech Group, Inc as the Director of Professional Services, where they were responsible for program management, recruitment, business development, training, and leadership of teams. Edward met statement of work requirements and managed the recruitment process, including interviewing and negotiating salaries.

In 2018, Edward moved on to Silotech Group, Inc as an Air Force On-Line Advisor, reducing the backlog of applicants seeking entry into the USAF. Edward communicated with potential applicants using various channels and qualified them based on their education, credentials, and background.

In 2019, Edward took on the role of Corporate Recruiter at Silotech Group, Inc. Edward was responsible for recruiting executive, managerial, technical, and administrative professionals for various roles. Edward implemented recruiting strategies and coordinated with directors and program managers to meet government contract requirements.

At their most recent position at Silotech Group, Inc, Edward served as the Project Lead, Air Force Interactive Advisor. Edward was responsible for managing the performance objectives of the Air Force Recruiting Interactive On-Line chatters and social media team. Edward provided guidance and ensured compliance with performance work statement and objectives. Edward also oversaw the interviewing and pre-qualification of customers to provide accurate information to online internet customers.

Edward Gonzales has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Lutheran University. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Webster University.
