Rajesh Vaidya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Rajesh started their career in 1991 as a Manager-HR at Eicher Limited and later worked as a Senior Manager-HR at Godrej GE Appliances Ltd. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the General Manager-Human Resources at GE Motors India (Pvt.) Ltd. Rajesh then worked as the Head-Human Resources at Infomedia India Ltd. from 2005 to 2008. Rajesh also served as the Director-HR-India Region at Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Director & Head-HR, Eastern Europe & CIS Region at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. In 2014, they became the Founder Director of Earth & Stars SRL. Rajesh then joined Transpek-Silox Industry Private Ltd. in 2015 as the Sr. Vice President-HR. Currently, Rajesh Vaidya is working at Silox India Private Limited, where they hold two roles: CHRO & Head Sustainability, and Executive Vice President-Human Resources.
Rajesh Vaidya completed their Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management from 1989 to 1991. In 2013 to 2014, they obtained a CPC certification (ICA Certified Professional Coach) from International Coach Academy, specializing in coaching. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Stories Every Leader Should Tell, 20 Habits of Executive Leadership, and The Future of Workplace Learning in 2021.
