Lee-Anne Pereira has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
Lee-Anne started their career in 2005 at DirectAxis as a Broker Consultant in the Insurance Department, where they administered client portfolios with different insurance providers.
In 2010, they were promoted to Team Leader and became responsible for managing, coaching, and leading a team of broker consultants for health and life insurance.
In 2012, Lee-Anne joined Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) as a Customer Care Outbound Manager in the Operations Department. Lee-Anne later became the Customer Care Service Manager for the Direct and Broker Business Operations Department, overseeing administration services and upskilling staff in a blended environment.
In 2020, they joined Boomerang SA as a Sales & Department Manager, specializing in providing quality certified services to direct consumers and service providers in the BPO industry. Lee-Anne also served as the Human Resources Compliance Manager, where they led the digitalization and implementation of a paperless environment.
Currently, Lee-Anne works at Silulo Ulutho Technologies (SUT) as the Head of People & Culture, a role they started in June 2023.
