Rodrigo Azevedo

Rodrigo Azevedo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and digital law. As the Owner and Head of Intellectual Property & Digital Law at Silveiro Advogados since 1996, Rodrigo also holds numerous leadership roles within key organizations, including Director of the Digital Law Dispute Resolution Chamber at ABPI, Director at Fundação Bienal do Mercosul, and member of the Data Protection Committee at INTA. Additionally, Rodrigo is actively involved in academia as a professor at PUCRS Online and ESPM, and has served on various arbitration panels, including those of WIPO and CBMA.
