Michel Urich

Michel Urich, Esq., MBA/LLM, currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Verimatrix since October 2022. Prior to this role, Michel held various senior legal positions, including Deputy General Counsel at Jiko, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Mitek Systems, and General Counsel at XLrator Media, where responsibilities included advising on legal and risk issues and driving business development. Michel also served as General Counsel at EdgeWave and as Principal & General Counsel at Versa Law Group, providing legal services to Southern California companies. Earlier roles included Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Genius Products, Inc., and Senior Vice President and Director of Legal Affairs at Nara Bank. Michel began a legal career as an Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Educational qualifications include an LLM in International Law from The London School of Economics, an LLB from Queen Mary University of London, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and a BBA from European University in Antwerp.
