Alison Masters

Alison Masters is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CEO of Silver Agency since February 2018, Alison is also a Founding Member at Chief and a Committee Member, Sponsor, and Mentor at Boardwave. In addition, Alison holds the position of Non-Executive Director at edgeNEXUS and previously served as Chief Marketing and Operations Officer at 1Spatial and as Non-Executive Chair at Eccomplished. Alison's earlier career includes significant positions at Microsoft, where Alison was Central Marketing Group Director, and Oracle, where Alison held the role of Senior Director of Marketing Communications. Alison began the professional journey at Datability Corporation as EMEA Marketing Manager.
